PRODUCT CONDITION

Hoarder’s Hut specializes in the resale of secondhand goods. All items are pre-owned and used unless otherwise specified. Product Condition may be identified in the Product Description. Item conditions are scored to the best of our ability, however, since these items are used, some wear and tear should be expected on all items. Many items are recovered from storage type facilities and may require additional cleaning. Products are lightly cleaned, when possible, but may smell musty or have dirt and residue present. Hoarder’s Hut, LLC makes no representation of the product condition, quality or operational status.

SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping with USPS, when possible, and UPS shipping services on oversized items. With auctions ending all of the time, you may at times purchase multiple items as separate transactions that are capable of shipping together. If possible, we will consolidate shipping orders to send the fewest number of packages. If shipping can be consolidated, shipping charges on your order total will be revised. Please allow up to 48 hours to see shipping changes on your account. To assist in shipment consolidations, you may Contact Us in advance when placing an order for multiple items. If shipping charges are not updated within 48 hours, please contact Support for an update on your order.

PICK-UP ORDERS

Some orders may allow for, or require, store pick-up. You MUST schedule an appointment to pick-up your order. Appointments are available Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Orders must be picked up within 10 business days. To pick up your order, please Schedule An Appointment. If you select Pick-Up in the shipping section of check-out, you will be prompted with a list of available pick-up days and times. If you are unable to pick-up within the days and times available, please Contact Us with the date and time you would like to pick up.

Orders may be picked up at our Pierce City, MO facility. Please ensure your order has been paid in full prior to arriving for pick-up. Photo identification must be provided and match the name on the order. If you are sending someone else to pick up your order, please Contact Us at least 24 hours prior to pick up and provide the full name of the person you are authorizing to receive your order. Orders will not be released to anyone without valid photo ID, or whose name is not on the order. If you miss your pick-up appointment, or fail to pick up your order within 10 business days, your order may be forfeited and returned to the marketplace for resale.

Failure to schedule an appointment for pick-up may result in delays in receiving your order. Appointments help us ensure your order is picked, packaged, and ready to go. If you show up without an appointment, or on a day we are closed, your order may not be released until the following business day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items are sold as-is and represented as best as possible in the Product Description. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

For Sellers

INVENTORY REVIEW

New products added to your Hut Store will be reviewed by management for approval. Please allow up to 48 hours for items to be reviewed. You will receive an email once your item has been published or rejected. All items require an image showing the actual item for sale. Stock photography is NOT allowed for product images. Real estate and automobile sales will require proof of ownership, or authorization to sell, prior to publishing. These documents can be uploaded with the product for review, or you can submit them to [email protected].

COMMISSION

By selling through the Hoarder’s Hut marketplace, you are agreeing to pay Hoarder’s Hut, LLC an 8% commission on all sales, regardless of payment method. Orders placed through your Hut Store and paid electronically will have the commission automatically deducted from your eligible Hut Store balance.

Hoarder’s Hut commission for orders that are paid through alternative methods, such as Cash On Delivery (COD), is due upon order completion. You may make multiple sales and pay the Hoarder’s Hut commission at once, however, if the due commission balance reaches $250.00 without payment, your account will be suspended until paid.

WITHDRAWALS

The minimum account balance for withdrawals is $25.00. Once your account balance reaches $25.00 you may request to withdraw your eligible funds. Funds may be withdrawn using PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. There is a $1.50 flat rate processing fee to withdraw funds, regardless of the amount withdrawn.

For orders to be eligible for payment withdrawal, the order status must be marked as Completed. Orders marked as Completed will be eligible for withdrawal after 3 business days.

TRANSACTIONS FEES

Customer order payments through the Hut Store platform will be charged a processing fee of 3% + $0.30 per transaction.
